1) Preheat oven to 180C fan-forced and grease and line with muffin papers 12 x ½ cup muffin pan. 2) Place flour, oats and sugar into a medium bowl. Pour in melted butter and stir until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. 3) Stir in buttermilk along with Buderim Naked Ginger, dates and apple until combined. 4) Spoon into prepared muffin pan and top with a walnut half and a banana slice and bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes. 5) Eat muffins warm and any that are left store in an airtight container for 2 days. Muffins can be warmed up in the microwave for 10 seconds.
