SLOW COOKED LEG OF HAM IN GINGER BEER
A succulent, slow cooked leg of ham made delicious with 6-8 hours of marinating in zesty ginger flavours. This dish is an absolute treat and perfect for entertaining or Christmas Day!
1 leg of Ham
250ml Original Buderim Ginger Beer
2cm grated ginger root
1 TBL spoon of brown sugar
1) Put all ingredients into your slow cooker and set on high.
2) Leave to cook for up to 6-8 hours.
3) Best served shredded with creamy garlic mash potatoes & steamed broccoli
